Pre Sales Executive/Business Development Executive

    Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly motivated Pre Sales/ Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in software sales and lead generation, particularly with high-ticket clients, and will be responsible for driving sales growth both domestically and internationally. This role requires a target-driven approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for high-ticket clients in both domestic and international markets.
  • Conduct telecalling campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.
  • Execute outbound email campaigns to generate and qualify leads.
  • Utilize sales automation tools to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions to clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
    Must-Have Skills
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in IT/software sales, with a focus on high-ticket clients.
  • Strong lead generation skills, including telecalling and outbound email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using sales automation tools and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
    Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT/software sales with a focus on high-ticket clients. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
